CHARACTER NAME: Jolyne Kujo
CHARACTER SERIES: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

[OOC]

Backtagging: Absolutely!
Threadhopping: Talk to me, and I'll be okay with it!
Fourthwalling: Depends on how severe it is, again talk to me about it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): It's okay, since Jolyne is all about being offensive to people in the first place.

[IC]

Hugging this character: Depends, with a great deal of trust, Jolyne will ease up and start hugging people as she sees fit.
Kissing this character: One would have to be really nice to Jolyne (and give her candies and such) in order for her to kiss someone.
Flirting with this character: She might not like it, but she'll think it funny, so yeah! But be wary; she may end up punching your character.
Fighting with this character: Absolutely, Jolyne is a fighter, she can handle her own.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm open for how injured she can get; she can end up fixing herself in the end thanks to her abilities.
Killing this character: You can't kill what's already dead Talk it out with me!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Again, depends on how severe it may be.

Warnings:

Abilities:Jolyne has what's called a "Stand", and her Stand in particular is called Stone Free. A Stand grants the user unique abilities, and a Stand can only be seen by other stand users. Here is what Jolyne's Stand allows her to do;

Super Strength: When the string is completely compacted into one place, it becomes incredible strong: the destructive force of Stone Free's punch is roughly equivalent to being hit by a small but incredibly fast-moving meteor.

String Decomposition: Stone Free gives Jolyne the power to unravel herself as a string. She can completely unravel up to around 70% of her body and quickly reassemble it and has been shown to be able to stuff herself inside the mouths of others and use it to hide from view by unraveling her limbs. The string provides for more conventional usage as well, as Jolyne can also "cut" the string and make it independent from her body. This makes it useful for weaving nets or clothing to create disguises. Ironically, when the stand moves further away from Jolyne, it unravels itself.

Stitching Wounds: Jolyne is able to use her stand ability to stitch any wounds sustained by her and her allies.

Long-Distance Hearing: Stone Free also uses its ability to listen to faraway conversations via vibrations, similar to a can tied to string.

Character Number: new to the game!

Character: Jolyne Kujo
Source: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (to be specific, she's from part 6: Stone Ocean)
Appearance: Here
History: Here
Timeline: When she's planning on escaping Green Dolphin Jail, Chapter 96, Jail House Lock!

Personality: One look at Jolyne and one can safely say that she isn't the nicest person around. In fact, she's actually far from that. She's actually quick to anger, snappy with her elders, and she's flighty and irresponsible. Because of this, she's always led a terrible life, usually fueled by her own bad choices. But she does have a kind side to her, even though she only shows it to certain people, like her mother or a potential love interest. Because of this, Jolyne wasn't the most social person, often getting into fights because of her bravado, and getting in trouble with the law most of the time.

However, this all changed after an encounter with her father, Jotaro Kujo, left him paralyzed and unable to do anything due to the meddling of Enrico Pucci. After this, Jolyne gained a sense of responsibility, and is known to undergo a lot of personality changes throughout the series. The first part of her personality being the one that was mentioned in the paragraph above.

After the encounter, Jolyne becomes a driven individual who will stop at nothing to actually get back at Pucci for what he had done to her father. Because of this new drive, Jolyne has become more open to others, but she's still rather quick to anger if someone says something wrong. She's also more wary of who to trust, rather than placing her trust in someone who says that they could help her out like before, unless they can actually prove their worth to her. She's also not one to let her emotions get in the way, actually being able to think quickly under pressure and keep a calm, leveled head when things manage to get hairy for her, as she's able to take out opponents that seem to have the upper hand on her with a little meddling on her part.

As stated before, Jolyne can choose to be nice to others that she deems worthy of it. Because of it, she's shown to have loyalty to her friends, always wanting to back them up when they're in trouble, and she's also been shown to take some hits for others that don't deserve it. She can be caring because of it, always making sure that they don't have any wounds on them, or to teach them new things that they didn't know before. She's seen as a rather motherly figure to some people, but she doesn't like to show it often due to her rough looks.

However, when she does find a romantic love interest, her demeanor changes completely. She becomes a sweet girl, always trying to sugarcoat her talk in sweet nothings, and giving them nick names that one would find a couple muttering to each other. She's also tolerant of a lot of things that they will do to her, as shown when she fell in love with a man named Romeo. She was willing to take the blame for a hit and run that he had caused, but that ended with her actually ending up in jail. Because of it, she's also more wary of who to actually choose to love, but when she does actually find that person once more, she will revert back to her lovey-dovey exterior.

The girl is also shown to actually be quite humorous when the time calls for it. Her wit can get the best of her sometimes, cracking jokes at what seems like the most inappropriate of times. She's also a bad influence on others, actually making a lot of sexual innuendos to others just to see how they would react to it. However, when she knows the joke goes a little too far, she will stop. But once the joke does get rolling, she finds it a little hard to stop- especially against someone she knows that wouldn't be able to handle something like that.

When it comes down to it, Jolyne has come a long way from what she used to be- she's gained a new sense of responsibility, she's hard working when it comes to achieving her goal, and she's also shown a sense of loyalty to her friends that she wouldn't want to trade anything for. That goes without saying that she's still not the best person, as her wit can get the best of her when it doesn't really call for it, and she can find love in all the wrong places if the person does treat her right. But boiling it down does show that Jolyne does have a heart of gold, helping out those in trouble when they need it, and showing others that she can defend herself when the time actually does call for it.

Abilities:Jolyne has what's called a "Stand", and her Stand in particular is called Stone Free. A Stand grants the user unique abilities, and a Stand can only be seen by other stand users. Here is what Jolyne's Stand allows her to do;

Inventory: Jolyne's just keeping the clothes on her body, and that's...it. She doesn't really have much else.

Prose Sample: This was just great. She had more important things to do then be stuck in Demeleier. She had a mission that she was supposed to fulfill back at home, and being brought here just set that back about...oh, a good while. Sure, she had been here for a while, but she honestly was worrying about how her being gone might actually affect her from not being home. Her dad was suffering, and if she didn't get his memories back...he might as well just be good as dead. The thought weighed heavily upon her, but she had to think of something else in the meanwhile.

Which is why she decided to actually walk into the forest, hopefully finding the sights to actually be a little calming as she tries to wrap her head around the situation. Sure, things seemed bleak at the moment, but the actual allure of the forest was actually sucking away all of those thoughts as she looked around at the green scenery. It actually brought up a tiny little smile to her face. How long had it been since she had been able to walk around freely like this, without having to listen to some prison guard telling her what to do? She will admit, she actually does like this aspect.

But she would be damned is some faeries weren't about to screw with her right now. She had heard (and seen) the little bastards before, and she had been quite thoroughly annoyed with how they behaved. Seriously, she actually couldn't be more half-assed to actually drive them away with her Stand sometimes (she was glad they weren't too much of a problem when it came to strength, but they were just annoying to her), but she wasn't too worried about that little fact right now.

She had actually wanted to rest now, in a little clearing that she had found in the forest. It was peaceful. Something she hadn't seen in a long time. With a little hop in her step, Jolyne found herself laying down on her back as she looked up- the blue sky looking so inviting. "...Is this what it feels like to be free once more? To actually feel the wind blow against my skin...?" She thought out loud to herself, that smile of hers actually stretching out once more.

Or at least she thought she had found a good place to rest. Soon enough, a voice came into her hearing. Great, did one of the fae actually find her in this little spot that she was in? It was just perfect. With a little sigh, she soon found herself sitting straight up, her eyes scanning around her as she let a little string from her finger wrap around the trees around her. Yeah, there definitely was a fae- she could hear it. And with that, she soon stood up, herself facing the direction of the voice.

"Hey, do you think you're funny over there, you little shit face? If you don't want to get pummeled right now, I would suggest you get out of here before things turn ugly."

As if she couldn't sound more threatening, she heard the voice stop, and soon go away. "Heh, that's one way to deal with those annoying things..." She yawned, laying down once more and feeling her eyes actually drift off, a bit of a snore coming out as she drifts into sleep.

Journal Sample: So, uh. I've got a bit of a question here. [Jolyne's face looks a little flushed, actually. She wasn't sure how to actually start this- but hell be damned if she did start it off with the most awkward question that everyone would look at her weirdly for. But she doesn't really seem to care much. But she does have an image that she wants to keep up, so she'll ease into this...]

You guys that were brought here when technology was a thing. Uh, do you ever feel like you miss it sometimes? You know, with the actual sinks, water flowing freely, and you could find yourself not being embarrassed about... [Oh god, she can already feel the awkward just sort of building up in her little question here, but-]

God dammit, I just hate how I have to use the bathrooms here, alright?! I just want a nice, clean toilet that I can sit on and not have to feel weird about taking a piss around here, you hear me?! [It comes out as a yell this time, her voice totally quivering as her expression brightens up.]

I swear, if I need to make some sort of new toilet up, I will, and it will be for everyone to use! Boys, girls, everyone alike.

[It takes her a while, but she's actually finally calmed herself down, her blushed expression fading away as she waves a hand of dismissal.]

What, you wanna complain to me about how vulgar I am? Tough luck, we all have some shit to deal with, and I'm telling you, this is more important than anything else I can think of at the moment. [Well, besides her actually getting home, but she's not going to actually mention that to anyone.]

So, who wants to join me in my little conquest so we can actually find ourselves a porcelain god that we can worship? C'mon, I'll take just about anyone who can build this thing. No...? ...you guys are lame. [She huffs a bit, crossing her arms and a stern expression coming up on her face.]

...guess that's gotta be my new mission for the time being.
